GREG GEUER

Greg Geuer was born and raised in New York City and Sagaponack. He attended The Allen Stevenson School, The Ross School, and The University of Denver. In 2005 he received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Real Estate/Finance from The Daniels School of Business at The University of Denver.

Greg is exceptionally adept in using today's most advanced technologies, and his organizational skills plus his quest for perfection are unrivaled. He is in charge of EnzoMorabito.com and all marketing for the Hamptons. Greg also spearheaded and manages the TEAM's For Sale By Owner Program. He is a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, is eCertified®, and works out of the Bridgehampton office.

CYNTHIA BECK

Cynthia Beck, a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology, moved to New York City in 1993 where she began a career in the Investment Banking Industry, eventually working her way up to the position of Vice President of Facilities & Real Estate for a NYC based firm, where she managed the procurement, construction and operations of their offices regionally.

Ready for a change of pace, Cynthia moved to the Hamptons and started a career in Real Estate by joining the Enzo Morabito TEAM. Cynthia brings 10 years of business experience. Her diversified background in design, construction, project management and real estate add another dimension to the TEAM. Cynthia utilizes the skills she acquired from years of project management, such as attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving to deliver the highest level of service to her clients. As a member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM, Cynthia now specializes in Fine Home Sales and Luxury Rentals throughout the Hamptons.

DIANE GREGORY

Clients, colleagues, and employees all agree that Diane Gregory has what it takes to forge lasting relationships and accomplish unmitigated success in achieving mutually agreed upon goals. Her mantra, adopted by her from her previous employer, JP Morgan Chase, reinforces her steadfast belief that "The Right Relationship is Everything."

Whether helping customers find the perfect vacation retreat, or supporting clients with sophisticated marketing and web-based promotion technique, Diane is always there to smooth the process of buying or selling a home. As a member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM, the #5 producer in the Prudential network, Diane brings her professionalism and expertise to assure that all your real estate transactions are stress free.

Starting her business career as a Management Trainee at Chemical Bank, Diane soon became a branch manager, being both the youngest and the first female in the bank's history. Diane was able to establish the on site Columbia Presbyterian branch as a contender by surpassing her sales goals by 300%.

Her career continued to blossom, with assignments managing branch operations and automation, and managing the retail bank merger efforts for both the Chemical-Manufacturers Hanover merger, and The Chemical-Chase merger. The reins to the Retirement Investment Center were passed to her in 1997, where Diane managed $4.5 Billion in assets.

In the year 2000, Diane decided to change her focus and her surroundings, making her weekend home on Goose Creek her permanent residence. Her love and familiarity with the North Fork make her the ideal partner in securing you the home of your dreams.

When not involved with her real estate practice, Diane chooses to spend her time boating on Peconic Bay, swimming, gardening, or romping on the beach with her two Golden Retrievers.

PAUL REINCKENS

Paul Reinckens has been a valuable member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM for two years. He was originally recruited directly from high school by Enzo himself, who was looking for a bright young person to bring new ideas with new internet and computer technology. Enzo called the computer science teacher at Southold High School and said, "Give me the best, brightest kid you've got."

The result was just what Enzo had hoped for. Paul's background in computer science, digital photography and video make him a perfect addition, as do his honesty, smarts and work ethic. Paul's many technical skills range from advanced Photoshop work to database management and internet content development. It is the fervent belief of Enzo that the future of buying and selling real estate lies in the internet and the ability to show properties visually over the web through excellent photography and video. Paul is on the cutting edge of that technology.

Born and raised on the North Fork, Paul's intimate knowledge of the area is invaluable, especially in sales and marketing campaigns and customer relations. Growing up in a family that owned a contracting company on the North Fork, Paul's experience with home remodeling and building also allows him to formulate new ideas and solutions for both buyers and sellers.

Paul is currently pursuing a degree in business from Suffolk community college while being a full-time member of the Enzo Morabito TEAM. Upon graduation he plans to attend Stony Brook University to obtain his bachelor's degree in accounting, and then pursue his master's degree.

Paul's addition to the Enzo Morabito TEAM has enhanced it's balance, adding youth and enthusiasm to a group already blessed with seasoned veterans; adding technological wizardry to a group already imbued with the human touch, rounding out the group's communication skills and boosting the TEAM's success.
